If you already have a wart, there are techniques to prevent it from spreading to other places of your body. Follow these basic instructions:
Regularly wash your hands, especially if you’ve come into contact with someone who has warts.
Picking at your warts isn’t a good idea.
Wrap a bandage around the warts.
Always keep your hands and feet dry.
When entering a locker room or communal bathing facility, wear shower shoes (flip-flops).
